基于特征分析的智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車數(shù)據(jù)分級方法研究

摘要： 當前，智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)技術的發(fā)展使得汽車成為數(shù)據(jù)交互的重要載體，智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車所產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)量呈現(xiàn)指數(shù)型增長趨勢，國家對于數(shù)據(jù)安全的重視程度也在不斷加強。在此背景下，從行業(yè)實踐角度出發(fā)，對我國當前數(shù)據(jù)安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀、數(shù)據(jù)分級方法進行梳理，最后提出一種基于特征分析的數(shù)據(jù)分級方法，助力企業(yè)加強數(shù)據(jù)治理、滿足政府合規(guī)要求。

Research on data classification and grading methods for intelligent connected vehicles based on feature analysis

Abstract： Currently, the development of intelligent connected technology has made automobiles become an important carrier of data exchange. The amount of data generated by intelligent connected vehicles is showing an exponential growth trend, and the country′s emphasis on data security is also constantly strengthening. In this context, this article, from the perspective of industry practice, sorts out the current situation of data security supervision and data classification and grading methods in China. Finally, a data grading method based on feature analysis is proposed to assist enterprises in strengthening data governance and meeting government compliance requirements.

引言
智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)技術的發(fā)展推動著汽車由傳統(tǒng)交通工具轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧捎耙魥蕵?、智能導航、駕駛輔助等功能的智能移動載體，駕乘人員在使用智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車過程中產(chǎn)生大量交互數(shù)據(jù)［1］。未來，一輛L4級自動駕駛汽車每8 h產(chǎn)生數(shù)據(jù)預計將達到10 TB，高級別自動駕駛將進一步推動單車數(shù)據(jù)指數(shù)級增加。同時，L2級及以上乘用車滲透率逐年提升，2022年全年滲透率達到29.4%，2023年一季度進一步提升至33.4%，年新增數(shù)量達千萬輛級［2］。無論從汽車數(shù)量還是單車數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)生量，都將迎來快速增長，海量數(shù)據(jù)應運而生。國家對于數(shù)據(jù)的重視程度也在不斷提升。2022年12月19日，中共中央、國務院印發(fā)《關于構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)基礎制度更好發(fā)揮數(shù)據(jù)要素作用的意見》，提出加快構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)基礎制度，激活數(shù)據(jù)要素潛能；2023年2月27日，中共中央、國務院印發(fā)的《數(shù)字中國建設整體布局規(guī)劃》中強調(diào)釋放數(shù)據(jù)要素價值，賦能經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,數(shù)據(jù)價值與重要性日益提升［3］。
