Research on accountability mechanism of China′s network information security from the perspective of national governance modernization

Abstract： The establishment of a network information security accountability mechanism is an important part of the modernization process of the national governance system and governance capabilities in the field of network information security governance.Under the background that network information security has become a national strategy, in response to the severe and complex cyberspace environment and situation at home and abroad, it is proposed to construct and develop a modern network information security accountability mechanism. Through structural function analysis and inductive analysis, in-depth analysis of the operating core of the mechanism and its existing dilemmas from the perspective of national governance modernization. Finally, it puts forward ideas and suggestions for optimizing the accountability mechanism of network information security in China.
